Terms of Use for YT OPML

Introduction

Welcome to YT OPML! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of my application, YT OPML ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Description of Service

YT OPML allows you to export your YouTube subscriptions into an OPML subscription list. The App interacts with the YouTube Data API to provide this functionality.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this eligibility requirement.

Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your use of the App. You agree not to:

• Interfere with or disrupt the App or its underlying infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

YT OPML is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube, Google LLC, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. All trademarks, logos, and brand names are the property of their respective owners. Use of the YouTube API and associated services is governed by YouTube's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Privacy

Your use of the App is subject to my Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains how I collect, use, and handle your information when you use the App.

Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App, including but not limited to its code, design, and content, are owned by me, Andrew Shell. You may not use, copy, modify, or distribute the App without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App.

Indemnification
